Features

The functions in one place, one project flow.

Chat, files, schedules, tasks, feedback, and records connect as one project flow inside Pronika.Roni reads that flow and executes the needed actions directly inside the OS.

Pronika keeps projects from depending on memory.

Reviewers can join easily, standards carry through to the end, and changes plus next actions stay inside the project.

Free client workspace

So review and approval do not slow down because of cost.

Roni project execution AI

So work moves from organization into the next action.

One continuous flow

So the standard set at the start carries through to the end.

A record of agreement

So changed scope and feedback do not disappear.

Work inbox

So tasks do not get buried inside conversations.

PM · Team leads

Stop work about work. Run projects for real.

After meetings and reports, the context is organized immediately — quotes, contracts, chat, files, invites, schedules, and capacity planning on one project record.PMs and assignees catch what to do next, fast.

Four signals

TasksDeadlinesScopeCapacity+ more insights

01 · Tasks

The moment you say it, Roni organizes it.

After meetings, reports, alerts, revisions, and aftercare — Roni proposes task drafts and assignee candidates. Confirm and register on the same board; PMs and assignees execute immediately.

Chat · meeting notes

Roni reads requests and decisions from chats and meetings, then organizes personal action items and team follow-ups into clear task drafts that are ready to review.

e.g. 「API QA next week」→ task draft with owner and due date

⌘K · Command palette

Open the command palette to search, jump to any screen, or pick 「New task (AI)」 — draft tasks from anywhere without hunting through the sidebar.

e.g. ⌘K → 「New task (AI)」→ Roni: 3 task drafts

Alerts · revision · A/S

When revision comments or A/S requests arrive, Roni organizes what was requested and whether it looks in scope or needs extra alignment. PMs review that summary before deciding the next step.

e.g. Client: “Replace hero image” → Roni: scope check · extra-alignment candidate

Plan · GitHub

Roni turns contracts, RFPs, and meetings into phases, tasks, and acceptance criteria first. GitHub PRs and pushes are then mapped back to those criteria as progress suggestions — never auto-completed until a developer confirms them.

e.g. PR #42 “Fixed login” → Roni: 2 login criteria done, 2 remaining

Why these drafts

Roni reads the conversation and project context, then drafts only the work that can be executed next.

Roni
1Extract action requests from chat and meeting notes
2Connect owner candidates and timing criteria
3Commit to the same board after PM review
Only on Pronika

02 · Quote · Contract

From commercial quotes to e-contract.

Roni drafts quotes from meeting notes and team rates. Quote version history and contract version history stay in the same project, then flow into contract drafting, e-contract confirmation, and evidence PDFs.

Auto quote generation & send

A quote draft from brief and meeting notes alone

From meeting notes and team rates, Roni fills in quote line items and amounts. PMs review, tweak, send a PDF to the client, and keep revisions in quote version history.

e.g. After a meeting → Q-2026-001 quote draft

Spend less time building quotes from scratch in spreadsheets. Manage quote versions and contract versions together in the same project.

Contract · e-contract

Draft, send, confirm, and evidence in one flow

Paste contract text for Roni to structure and register, or draft development, planning, NDA, and inspection docs from the project Contracts tab. Recipients verify identity via email OTP before confirming the e-contract, and revisions stay in contract version history.

e.g. Development contract sent → OTP → name entered → e-contract confirmed → signed PDF + evidence certificate

Trusted e-contracts

Just like familiar e-contract services, recipients review the contract, verify identity by email OTP, and confirm the e-contract. The confirmed contract is kept as a signed PDF and evidence certificate, so you can later check who confirmed which contract and when.

Pronika adds the project record around it. Quote versions, confirmed contract versions, and evidence stay together in the same project, making contracts easier to trust and manage than scattered email or messenger threads.

03 · Chat · Files

One place for chat and files.

Project chat rooms with messages, attachments, pins, and read state — plus a shared file vault. Less digging through messengers and personal drives.

Project chat

Turn action items from chat into AI task drafts, while pins, attachments, and replies stay in the same room.

File vault

Reflect PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HWPX files into answers, then ask AI document questions and verify sources.

04 · Invite · Partners

Your team and partners, in one project.

Invite internal teammates, clients, and external partners per project, then assign the right permissions. For external work, keep roles, rates, and payment dates together so settlement is clear later.

  • Project invites · permissions · seat status
  • Partner rates · roles · project cost records
  • Payment dates · settlement status · accounting checks

05 · Schedule

From meetings to reviews, one shared calendar.

View meetings, milestones, and review dates from Calendar. Set each event for the whole team, selected members, or guests, and share project dates with the client when needed.

06 · Capacity

Balance workloads. Keep delivery on track.

Tasks keep planned M/D and acceptance state per assignee. Team allocation shows weekly capacity and project load by member. Check overload and gaps before assigning the work.

Task effort

Review work brief, assignees, planned M/D, and acceptance state inside each Task.

Team allocation
