Why Pronika exists

Pronika exists for both sides of a project — the client and the agency. We believe a project ends well when the one who entrusts it can do so with confidence, and the team that carries it out can give its full attention to the work.

That is why we take no matching fee when you contract and run the project on Pronika. So that what you pay is not reduced along the way but goes fully into the actual work, project funds stay in the project.

Along the way, Pronika’s project management system and Roni^AI stay with you. Requirements, proposals, contracts, schedules, deliverables, review, and settlement are kept on one record, and progress is reported as it happens. When both sides look at the same record, misunderstanding fades and trust grows.

After-sales service is a client’s right. We made it easy to request even after a project ends, and because the record remains, nothing has to be explained from the beginning again.

All of this is free. The service is designed so that no cost arises beyond the project fee you pay the partner you select.

In August 2026 we began in earnest, completing training for the agencies who join us. Drawing on twenty years and more than 120 projects, I now meet each client personally, building success stories one at a time.
