What a Season Promo Page Must Include
An autumn home-coffee promotion shows how to present eligible items, dates, shipping, exclusions, product details, and support in a clear page order.
A season promotion page should do more than show an atmospheric photo. It should let shoppers see what is for sale and under which terms. Imagine an “Autumn Home-Coffee Week” with a mug set and drip coffee. Before designing the banner, decide which products qualify and when the offer ends.
For example, the mug set gets 10% off from October 7 at 10 a.m. through October 14 at 11:59 p.m.; drip-coffee singles and gift wrapping are excluded. Keep that wording consistent across store settings, the product page, and the banner so shoppers understand the offer before checkout.
Explain the promotion on the first screen
Put the promotion name, dates, featured products, and main benefit near the top. “10% off the mug set, October 7–14” tells shoppers what is discounted and when. A seasonal line such as “Bring warmth to your autumn coffee ritual” can add tone, but it should not replace the terms.
If only two mug options qualify, show their names and variants. If drip coffee appears in the same photo at full price, say clearly which item receives the discount. Also list gift wrapping or made-to-order options that are excluded.
After the hero image, repeat the offer in readable text so shoppers can find the products and conditions without guessing.
Show shipping and exclusions alongside the price
If you say “free shipping,” confirm the minimum order, who covers standard shipping, and whether Jeju or remote islands incur an extra fee. For example: “Standard shipping is free on orders over KRW 50,000; extra fees apply to Jeju and remote islands.” That helps shoppers estimate the actual total.
A coupon’s issue window and valid-use period may differ from the promotion dates. If the event runs through October 14 but the coupon expires on the 12th, show both: “Event ends October 14; coupon valid through October 12.” Check stacking rules, minimum spend, and whether the offer ends when stock runs out against the live settings.
Make product details and support easy to find
Use verified product records for materials, contents, capacity, country of origin, maker, and care instructions where relevant. If the promotion page itself takes orders, make seller details and exchange, return, and cancellation terms readable before purchase. Do not leave key information behind a vague “see product details” line.
Page area | Autumn home-coffee example |
|---|---|
Top | Event name, October 7–14, 10% off the mug set |
Middle | Eligible options, excluded drip coffee and gift wrap, shipping and coupon rules |
Bottom | Product details, returns, support channel, and reply hours |
Finally, click the support button and make sure it reaches the right team. Tell shoppers where to ask about dates, stock, or coupon errors. Check text size and line breaks on a phone so the offer and exclusions remain easy to scan. Then the page is ready to publish.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can we just hire seasonal images?
No. You fill goods, period, terms, shipping, and exclusions. Designers do not invent the price.
Is the notice only on the product page?
If the season page takes the order, terms and notice must be readable there too.
Can we write “everything”?
Not if something is out. List excluded SKUs.
Can we name an unofficial sale calendar?
Do not treat that name as a fact. Write the dates of this promo only.
Can the banner outlive the discount?
No. The reserved-discount window and the page line must match.
